A training designed to educate participants on substance use stigma, the impacts of stigma, what stigma can look like within a community, and the actions one can take to reduce stigma. (60 min)

Mental Health 101

Learn about the current mental health trends along with the warning signs of a mental health challenge, barriers to seeking help, and local resources available to help those in need. (60 min)

Trauma-Informed Care

Discussing the impacts of trauma and how professionals can build positive interactions with people who’ve experience trauma by practicing trauma-informed care. (45-60 min)
